Errol Morris on Open Source Radio

A great interview by one of my favorite interviewers with one of my favorite movie makers.

Listen to the interview here:

If you have not yet seen Fog of War, interviews with Robert McNamara about WWII and Viet Nam, you owe it to yourself to view this film. One of the more powerful and surprising films you will see, and more engaging than you might think.

Ulli and a porcupine

Ulli went for a nice run on the Great Western trail. The sky was beautiful, it was a nice warm fall day. The colors were brilliant.
There was a porcupine sharing the trail with us.

Memories from Winter

We went down to the Tushars for a spring skiing yurt trip. Damn if it didn't snow. All three days there was creamy spring powder. Posted by Picasa

First Snow

First snow seen from the back yard.

Tuesday, September 20, 2005

Earlier this summer, we tried to hike down to the Colorado river from the north rim of the Grand Canyon. We set a turn arround time of 2pm, by which time we were a mile from the river. Stick to your turn arround time, since a night time exit accross the steep slopes near the rim itself would not be fun in the dark!

Fun with Lens Babies.
