Lamanite Arch

Lamanite Arch was fantastic.

It was also in one of the most beatutiful places I have ever been.

Inside a cave

Hiking in the Gulch, we found a settlment used ancient Americans. I found layers of charcoal buried near the front of the cave, and corn stalk matts sticking out of the ground.

Skiing Cedar Breaks

Posted by Picasa

We had a great weekend skiing at Brian Head and Cedar Breaks. Made up for a lot of missed skiing to have a weekend this great. We skied some north facing powder inside the monument and managed to climb back out again. Skiing among red rock hoodoos was fun-fantastic.

Click the video below ( but turn the sound down).
